Amberlys confectionery is a family owned business which started its operations in 2013 Tokyo, Japan. Subsquently we expanded our operations to Singapore in 2017. Hence we want to share with you some insider tips on how to keep cheesecake fresh and tasty for a longer time
1. If you are planning to eat it in a few days time please keep it in the freezer
2. When keeping it in the freezer / fridge please use two layers of foil wrap or cling wrap around the box of the cake. This is to prevent condensation of fridge from seeping into cake as well as reduce contamination from other products in the fridge.
3. For best cake quality please eat it within 1 day if you place it in the FRIDGE and within 5 days if you place it in the FREEZER. Do remember to sealed up any open areas with a cling wrap, best is you transfer into an airtight container after cutting the whole cake if you are saving it for the next day.
